Ignite build issues Urgent

Guys we are trying to push an image to onto a new 8440 partition and we are constantly being blocked by two issues.
1. the server stops half way up and complains about the following error at the software load section we get the below error WHY??

* Loading_software: Begin

* Installing boot area on disk.
* Enabling swap areas.
* Backing up LVM configuration for "vg00".
* Processing the archive source (HP-UX Core Operating System Archives).
* Fri Nov 30 10:23:36 EST 2007: Starting archive load of the source
(English HP-UX 11.00 CDE - 64 Bit OS).
cat: Cannot open /tmp/ign_configure/archive_nfs/164.129.225.99:/rohit/Igniter_GI: No such file or directory
* Completed 0 KBytes of archive

gunzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
pax_iux: The archive is empty.
ERROR: Cannot load OS archive (English HP-UX 11.00 CDE - 64 Bit OS)
ERROR: The configuration process has incurred an error. If you wish to push a
shell for debugging purposes, go to the target machine's console and
interact there. Otherwise, use the "Stop Install" action to reboot or
halt the target machine.

The configuration process has incurred an error, would you like
to push a shell for debugging purposes? (y/[n]): *
Response was: n

* Loading_software: Error

and
2. once this has happened we get the server at the ISL prompt and when we try and boot from te lan it errors saying it cannot comunicate with the ignite server but it can.

Re: Ignite build issues Urgent

I would double check all of the NFS setup on the server.

"cat: Cannot open /tmp/ign_configure/archive_nfs/164.129.225.99:/rohit/Igniter_GI: No such file or directory"

looks like an NFS miss to me.

Re: Ignite build issues Urgent

Yes thanks for this i had already made some changes to the nfs mounts exported and that may help.
but the string does not look correct it would appear it is trying to mount the igniter onto the client directory, i would have expected that to mount directly as a new filesystem.
