Has this ever worked on this server before ??
If old version and/or never tried before then update ignite to the latest version. It may just solve any and all old issues you may encounter.

SolutionEver had it working on this server before ? Maybe bad install, maybe a bug in this version. 7.3.xx is current.
It obviously looks like it is missing the template.def file. Do you have another server to look at with the same version of Ignite to see if this file is there ? If so just ftp the file to this server.
You could also reinstall your current version.
You could also swlist -l file on the ignite package and grep for this file to see if it was even included with the distribution.
