Ignite Error on 11.22 IA

Hi All
I have a problem here like i have configured B2600 as an ignite server, by installing the IUX product
"ignite-ux B.4.1", from the following site http://www.software.hp.com/software/HPsoftware/IUX/download.html
then i did everything. When i try to install 11.22 IA it's giving following error.
"Error run_cmd: cannot execute
"/sbin/vxdctl" No such a file or directory (errno = 2).
Load file comman failed, retry (y/n)=n
could not load Vxvm commands out of space? command was /sbin/vxdctl enable

Can anybody help me out in this issue.
