Ignite Error

Hi

Good Day!

I am getting an error save_config failed upon executing make_tape_recovery -Av Does anyone have an idea to solve this problem?

* Checking Versions of Ignite-UX filesets
* Creating System Configuration.
* /opt/ignite/bin/save_config -f
/var/opt/ignite/recovery/2008-02-22,14:42/system_cfg vg00
NOTE: Boot device is: 1/0/0/3/0.6.0

save_config: Error - get_system_info failed to get IO information from IO listener.

Some fixes:
-look for error in print_manifest
-use updated Ignite UX version
