Ignite Error

I get the below error in the server

nfs mount: mount_nfs: mount: /var/opt/ignite/recovery/arch_mnt: Device busy

Fuser output

# fuser -cu /var/opt/ignite/recovery/arch_mnt
/var/opt/ignite/recovery/arch_mnt: 28291c(root) 23890c(root) 28288c(root)

Mount point

/var/opt/ignite/recovery/archives/uctvp107
3421765632 2372374400 1041193200 69% /var/opt/ignite/recovery/arch_mnt

How can we solve this error?

Re: Ignite Error

Who is "..28291c(root) 23890c(root) 28288c(root).."???

Is that you cd'd onto the directory?

Why don't you lsof -p pid or 'ps' pid to see who they are and kill them if they're harmless?

Question: Why did you choose to make 'arch_mnt' under /var/opt/ignite/recovery ?

Why don't you make another lvol in another vg?

Re: Ignite Error

Shalom,

An OS version would be helpful.

bdf

See if something is already mounted on the folder.

See if the nfs server is running

If you are feeling lucky and confident fuser -cuk

Re: Ignite Error

Is it possible that the /var/opt/ignite/recovery/arch_mnt is already mounted in the client. So go to the client and check whether there is an nfs arch_mnt mounted over there and kill it if it is there.
