ignite error

i have just set up a new 11.31 ia64 ignite server and when using the gui i get this error when half way through trying to take the make net recovery, i get this error when the giu is diaplayed ok to this point any ideas.
The interactive UI failed to start. Check your terminal type. │
│ │ * User interface completed unsuccessfully.

it then errors and fails out.
when i run from the command line on the client it runs fine and completes.
i would normally run from the command line but i need to configure this for Operations to manage, in 11.23 i have no have had no issues.

did you exported the display to your computer or to other location where a X server is running ??

In /var/ignite or /var/opt/ignite there is a log that might include diagnosticss.

What version of Ignite are we talking about.

sorry guys this is on hold as i have a bigger production issue to deal with i will re-address this next week.
