Looks like your EFI configuration has been deleted or the disk it was on has been damaged.
Check disk/lvm configuration for problems and then prepare to re-run the job. I suspect the problem disk is already displayed in the error message.

99% of ignite issues are old and can be fixed with less effort by simply keeping up to date.

seems to be an issue with the Client also.
I think when the save_config for the client is running it is not getting valid root disk and root VG and swap config for the client that u are trying to make an archive of.
Could u please check on the client #vgdisplay -v vg00
#strings /etc/lvmtab
#swapinfo -tam
#ioscan -fnCdisk
#swlist -l product -l bundle | grep -i ignite
also please give the O/p of the last command as run on the Ignite server.
It is sure that the updated version of Ignite solves many issues but this requires few checks on the Client also.

Best and perm solution would be by Installing the latest "Ignite version"
