SolutionYou need to install Ignite. You can download it (and documentation!) from here:
http://www.software.hp.com/products/IUX/index.html
Installation does not require a reboot, but you should logout and login again, since your PATH will be updated by the installation process.

the make_recovery will be in /opt/ignite/bin. You set the PATH to point /opt/ignite/bin.

put the file in say /tmp directory and issue the command:
swinstall -s /tmp/ignite11_11.00.tar
and follow the prompts.
