can me someone say, how can i use remote device with ignite's make_tape recovery

Hi Michael,

You may use the make_net_recovery command to save the output of Ignite to network drive.

Man help make_net_recovery to see what you are needing for.

If you have Ignite/UX installed on your system there is good document that details how to do a make_net_recovery and then from that archive how to create a bootable tape. The document is: /opt/ignite/share/doc/makenetrec.txt
