Ignite Problem urgent

I am taking ignite backup through ignite server ,i have successfully taken the backup but when i go to the ignite server and type the ignite command TUI interface came and i am not able to see one particular client which i need to restore...
ignite server....
model-rp3440,11.11
client....
rx2660,11.23
the host entry is in /etc/exports
i have run exportfs also...

As i need to recover from the ignite server pls give the detail step for itanium servers...

Itanium.
first check to see if you have the same version of ignite on both server and client.


next thing to check is, since this is itanium you migth need to do a doublestep boot recovery.

I took ignite backup through make_net_recovey ..my doubt is that when i type /opt/ignite/bin/ignite it gives me TUI interface on ignite server but this client is not there...

Are there any error messages, displaying in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log of server.

Pls give me the steps to recover from ignite unix server

I have added the client to server now i am able to see client while applying /opt/ignite/bin/ignite command .

what is the next step to recover the client.....

pls advise...its very urgent.
