Ignite restore fails - allow_remap=false

Guys,

This is not a nice one for me to explain. I'm trying to talk a few guys on Japan (non UX techies) through a ignite build on a new system. I have very little info apart form they get the following error saying allow_remap=false and it bombs out. This is a 10.20 restore to same hardware apart from the old system had 5 * 2GB disk and the new one has 1 * 18GB disk and 1 * 2Gb disk. Any ideas?

well if you have little info, what can be done to help?
you need far more data.
What version of Ignite?
What model system are you tryoing to build? what system was the ignite done on for this build?
