Ignite security with remsh

Currently I have a test build using make_net_recovery on 10.20 machines. I need to find a secure way to allow the server to remsh to the remote hosts without prompting for the root password (all backups will be kicked off from a custom script from sam by a system operator). I have looked at using Kerberos and am open to suggestions.
