Re: Ignite Server
All steps are there.
You need to boot the server via network directly from the ignite server. Note: there are different procedures for PA-RISC and Integrity servers.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Ignite Server
This is an RTFM situation. Torsten has provided you the manual.
Ignite supports boot/recovery of IA-64 Itanium and PA-RISC systems.

Re: Ignite Server
Waqar,
now as suggested by Torsten and SEP you shall need to boot the client which you have taken the make_net_recovery backup from the network.
If that is a PARISC client , go to the BCH Main menu and give a command search
BCH MaIN MEnu> search
identify the LAN Path and corresponding "PX"
then do
BCH MAIN MENU>boot PX
FOR the IA Client scenario boot from teh EFI Shall with the LAN
Shell>lanboot select
select the LAN I/f that you want to boot through
Ignite Inatall Screen opens following that.
regards
