ignite upgrade

Hi;

I just upgrade the Ignite version from 6.x to C.7.6.100. Once I run make recovery the following message apprear from the log file :-

* Creating The Tape Archive
* Checking configuration file for Syntax
make_medialif: ERROR: No pair of kernel (*INSTALL) and matching RAM file system (*INSTALLFS) files (ordinary or symlink to ordinary) found in "/opt/ignite/boot/Rel_B.11.11"; with the -a option, or with the -m option by default (no -o option), at least one pair is required.
ERROR: System Error, /opt/ignite/bin/make_medialif failed creating boot LIF
file.
ERROR: Failed to generate LIF on tape.

Please help to solve this issue.

back up ignite configuration file customization.

swremove all versions of Ignite.

swinstall the version of Ignite you wish to use.

Restore configuration files and make changes needed to get them working.

The mistake here was not running swremove first.

Managed to solved this issue after reinstall the ignite version.
