Ignite-UX finds another version

Hi

I'm trying to create a Recovery Image via LAN (make_net_recovery) using GUI ignite tool.

The problem is that Ignite finds another version of Ignite tools in client host, ie, versions in Server and Client are differents.

But that is not true because a depot is installed during the process

Can anybody help me ?

Run the following:

swlist -l product | grep -i ignite

Most likely you had a "full" installation of Ignite that means you probably have mixed Ignite versions right now - basically a few filesets under Ignite of different versions.

The depot installed to remote clients is not everything so if someone had installed Ignite - or this is a new system which would have it preloaded - that is most likely your problem.

To fix simply swremove either the offending filesets or to be safe remove both Ignite installs and reinstall from the depot.
