Hi all ,
when it try to create image on my system ,
it gives the following error after creating the image.( i think the image was not created succesful).
# make_sys_image -s local -d /image
After some time it gives gzip error failed to achive tar file.
But one file was created in /image/IGSRV12.gz @ 2.14Gb size.
What may be the issue.

Solution
Hi Ganesh
The standard gzip supplied by HP has a problem with archives greater than 2Gb. If you need to use it, rather use the GNU version or the one supplied at the HP Porting sites.
