I have a question about Ignite-UX product.
Recently I have configured an Ignite-UX server, but I dont know how to add new clients. Clients are IPF. In PDF doc there is a chapter describing how to do that, so it tells to boot client first then client would be available on Ignite server.
Every time I try to boot an IPF server via Ignite-Ux, remote host goes down, begin to boot and stops at step where I must choose a language, then it tries to boot from Ignite server and cant do that.
I get the following: cant access /var/opt/ignite/clients and
cant mkdir /var/opt/ignite/clients
though that dir is exported by nfs with the permissions described in Ignite-UX PDF and nfs server/client running on both Ignite server and client.
How can I add new clients to my Ignite-UX from server, so that I wouldnt have to go another building to remote client?
Igor.

Re: Ignite-UX server problem
I had a very very similar problem on PA-RISC and tried all sort of things and still could not find out why it would not work. The thing that did help was swremove the complete Ignite software and re-install.
If you do not have it, download IUX 5.3.35 as Nelson suggests.

Bernhard

Re: Ignite-UX server problem
I've downloaded Ignite-UX 5.3.35, my previous version of Ignite-UX was 5.0.33.
But on the Ignite-UX 5.3.5 download page there were description of some required pax patches. Where to get them? And where can I get documentation on version 5.3.35?

Re: Ignite-UX server problem
For HP-UX 11.x go to the patch database under "Maintenance and Support"
