Ignite UX setup error

I have just installed the latest version of ignite-UX onto a server. The server is running HPUX 11.00 and I have succesfully installed the software on other servers previously. The installation appeared succesfull. When I attempted to "add new client for recovery" via the gui I get the error/warning "cannot determine if the IUX server supports archives for this release of the system" I get this error for all servers I try. It does actually say the add was succesfull however the icon never appears. I can see however under /var/opt/ignite/clients that the host is referenced.

Did you install the 'a' version or 'b' version of Ignite/UX, and what OS is the machine that you are trying to add for recovery?

I have discovered what the problem was, it appears that there were old versionsof the recovery packages on the host, I removed these and the recovery has now been succesful. Thanks anyway
