What is the command for executing ignite UX? I plan to do a backup of system image.

try this:
# /opt/ignite/bin/make_tape_recovery -x inc_entire=vg00 -I -v -a /dev/rmt/0mn
please use make_tape_recovery and not make_recovery cause that is the latest.

You could do it with an extra option for vg01:
make_tape_recovery -Iv -x inc_entire=vg00 -x inc_entire=vg01
But Ignite should only be used for OS backup.
