i need to install new server rp7420 instead of rp7410, can i use ignite from rp7410 to rp7420

Yes, the architectures are so similar that the chances of this succeeding are quite high. Get the latest version of Ignite before you start:

I had problems when using direct this version that this in the site, therefore it nâo has fileset of boot kernel. recommended e that you it installs the version that comes in the compact disc aplicattion and later it installs this version that this in the site. e always keeps brought up to date the ignite.

Yes, I agree with Pete, this should work using make_tape_recvoery or make_net_recovery.
If not, an Ignite Golden Image will almost certainly work. A golden image contains a Core OS image and literally installs the OS fresh before laying down the software image.
