ILOG Problem

Hi,

Hope that you all are familiar with ILOG
We have install the ilog in hp-ux 9700.
But the license file are in other HP-ux server.
I'm using /usr/ilog/ilm/ilmlist to check for the license file but unfortunely give error of "Server kairo : unknown host", but i'm able to ping the the kairo server.

Please advise.
