Increase ulimit for data

Hi guys. I'm running HP-UX 11i and I want to increase the ulimit data value (currently in 2015464, 1.92GB) up to 3GB. The values for maxdsize are the following:

maxdsiz=2063835136 (~1.92GB)
maxdsiz_64bit=2063835136 (~1.92GB)

I've been checking some information and I found that the maximum value for maxdsiz (32 bit) is 2GB, and the maximum for maxdsiz_64bit is 4GB. Can I increase the value for ulimit data with these current values on both maxdsiz, if so, how can I do that??? Is there any kind of implication??? I would appreciate your help. Thanks.
