inetd -c error 127
Hi all expert,
I want to check what is the meaning of error 127 when i issue "inetd -c" on HP-UX 11.00? We have a in-house developed application that fail to run after issuing "inetd -c". Thank you very much.

Re: inetd -c error 127
Anything in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log at the time you issue the command?

Re: inetd -c error 127
Maybe a misconfigured service or unregistered port in /etc/services?
Usually, the error messages in syslog.log should shed some light.
