info loaded command

I have successfully installed BLT2.4 with TclPro1.4.During wrapping I am calling bigwish.uses file to create an executable.
The executable gives an error stating that Error in startup script could not match BLT with any static package.The [info loaded] command also does not show BLT loaded, it displays Tk,iTcl,iTk and TclX and TkX packages.
Can anyone guide me as to what modification is required in ProWrapUses.tcl file to successfully wrap BLT as static package.
