Information about VxVM
Hello,
I have a L class with 4 internal disks; 2 for vg00 and 2 for rootdg.
When I execute ioscan -fnCdisk I see that disk into rootdg is NO-HW.
Now I replace it but I don't know the command that I must use to replace the disk.
What are the commands that I execute to restore a disk into rootdg?
I hope that somebody can help me
Filo

Re: Information about VxVM
Hi:
The Software Recovery Handbook (within the Knowledge Trees) has a chapter on VxVM which discusses disk failure and replacement:

Regards!
