Install bash on HP-UX, HELP ME!

HI PEOPLE!

I have a question, is possible to install a bash shell on HP-UX?
If the answer is: "YES!"

Can you send me a link or similar that explain how i can?

Hi and welcome to forums.

For bash installation:
1. get package from porting center - http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Shells/bash-3.2/

based on your version of HP-UX.
2. check for dependencies and install it if fails.

bash is also part of the internet express package, see

Be aware: NEVER set bash to the roots default shell in /etc/passwd !
