Install HP-UX 11i on vpar from Ignite Server though Gigabit fibre channel LAN connection

We have rp8400 with one npar and two vpar. There is gigabit LAN fibre channel card for networking. We don't use 10/100 BaseT bult in Ethernet connection. We are unable to install HP-UX 11i from the Ignite server which is connected through Gigabit fibre channecl card. By default it looks for Ignite server though 10/100 BaseT network connection. Is there any workaround for this.
