When i try to install patch PHNE_21767.depot from SAM, return a messagge: You do not have the required permissions to perform this operations. Check permissions using the "swacl" command...

Hi Alejandro,
IF you were root when you tried - I'd suspect that your swagentd daemon needs to be bounced - run
/usr/sbin/swagentd -r
Not uncommon at all. Second time today in fact that question has been posted.

Hi,
The first thing that I would check is to make sure your nnmc3 is resolvable and pingable. Do "nslookup nnmc3" and then "ping nnmc3". If both are working then, kill swagentd and start is using "swagentd -r".
