Install X11MotifDevKit.MOTIF21-PRG on HPUX 11.23 0409.3

Hi everyone,
I have an HP-UX Bundle 11.23 0409.3 installed on an RX2660 Integrity server, I need install X11MotifDevKit.MOTIF21-PRG for oracle purposes and I see on the forum this link: http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=B3394BA

the version on the site offer the software for versions prior to my OS version only

"The product B3394BA is now available for free download for 11.00, 11i v1.0, 11i v1.6, and 11i v2 SR and 0403 releases. The enhanced Developer's Toolkit for 11i v2 0409 and above releases will be available as HPDesktopDev product for free download."

and the next bundle specify that the software is for HP-UX 11i v3,

It's correct if I install the new version on my system?

Hmm, I don't see one specific for 11.31.
You could try but it may not install.

I assume the 0403 one should work fine.
