Installation manual, 10.20 on K250

I am writing installation guide for our operator who has no unix experience in case of future disaster, in that case, the manual should be very detail, however, I can not remember those steps and systems messages during the installation period very clearly, where can I get the details steps?

Perhaps you want to start with the Ignite Administration Guide. Chapter-11 deals with system recovery including the section "Expert Recovery Using the Core Media":
