Installation of HP-UX and VMware

I want to install HP-UX on my laptop and practise... Could you tell me how to install HP-UX on my laptop... like I hear from my other friends that through vmware i can do that... But I do not know from where I can get the Vmware... or how to do it...

No can do..

HPUX only runs on PA-RISC and Itanium. Unless you have an Itanium processor in your laptop ( I doubt it because they do not make one) it is a no go...

And as well.. HPUX does not run in a VMWare environment, only IVM ( Integrity Virtual Machine ) environment.

Install Linux or Solaris on your laptop... if you want to learn HP-UX get a cheap 2nd hand workstation from ebay.co.uk

Look under Computers->Networking->Unix

And you'll see some HP workstations for sale... I wouldn't consider spending more than £150 for a reasonable model though.
