installation of JDK 1.1.8.07 on 11.11

Hello,
I've just reinstalled my C3000 workstation with UX11i. I've a problem during the installation of JDK 1.1.8.07 distributed for HP-UX11.0 and 11.11 32/64 bit. As soon as I set the source depot in swinstall to /tmp/jdk_11807_1100.depot it give this error: "...no products on this source compatible with the target...", If I change the target to eg. /var I could see the product, but I could not mark it for installation: "the bundle B5456CA... cannot be selected because none of the contents of the bundle are compatible with the destination host".
I've just installed this JDK on a HP-UX 11i test machine (old C110) and it works.
Any one has some idea on how to install it?

swinstall -s /tmp/jdk_11807_1100.depot \* generates this error???

There are limited circumstances under which the 1100 software won't work on 11.11.

Thats patches and some of the software at software.hp.com

There should however in that case be a java release available for 11.11(11i). http://www.hp.com/go/java
