are you trying to install SgeSAP.

If you are installing SAP, then there are some pre-requiste patches and kernel parameters which needs to b tuned/
You could check in SAP forums to get the installation steps or doc

We are on the verge to implement SAP enviornment on rx6600 with CI+DB in cluster mode and dialog instance on application server but I am not quite sure whether HP(Hardware vendor)will be using SgeSAP. I have never been heard by them during our discussion. Are there any way to create SAP instance without installing SgeSAP but in cluster enviornment. OS version is 11.31
I could not find any document available on SAP help portel or any other website. Kindly help me in this regards.

are you an expert shell scripter?

do you know SAP and your database to expert level as well?

If you do, then I guess you could craft your own scripts to run SAP effectively... although you'd have to support all the scripts yourself

Otherwise you need Serviceguard Extension for SAP (SGeSAP) - I'm assuming here you are using Serviceguard as your cluster software...
