installing agent - hpterm problem

Hi
I'm trying to install https agent on ovou8.1 and I get the following error -cannot open hpterm or run script/program (/usr/bin/X11/hpterm) or the desired shell script or program returend an error what can I do?

Check if your DISPLAY environmnt variable is set correctly and hpterm works. (start it from the commandline). If it works, the error messages states the problem is probably in the script that would be run in the hpterm, so it's time to look at that one.

The display envrioment is set correctly and the hpterm is workin in which script should I look?

Seems to me that is more a question for the OVO forum as for the HP-UX forum...
Every problem has at least one solution. Only some solutions are harder to find.
