Installing emacs 21.2 under HPUX 11.00

I downloaded the depot from
http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/ and installed it along with the listed dependancies.
When I attempt to run emacs I get the error
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Can't open shared library: /usr/local/lib/libungif.sl
Can anyone tell me where I can download this library?
I have promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep and miles to go before I sleep
