Installing Ignite To A Specific Directory
I would like to install Ignite to a directory that is not the default location. What options and/or arguments do I need to use when I start
the installation? Thanks.

Hi Andrew,
I believe ignite is too hardcoded with the paths. So, even if you change the target path to something during the swinstall location and install it, I am sure it is not going to work.
It gets installed under /opt/ignite, /etc/opt/ignite and /var/opt/ignite.
If you want everything to be installed in one directory, you could do something like this. Prior to installation, create links.
#mkdir /somewhere/optignite
#mkdir /somewhere/varignite
#mkdir /somewhere/etcignite
#ln -s /somewhere/optignite /opt/ignite
#ln -s /somewhere/varignite /var/opt/ignite
#ln -s /somewhere/etcignite /etc/opt/ignite
Then do swinstall.
Or install ignite as it is and move the directories to a different directory and create links later as above.
