I have a client that just received a new server that they purchased with the Enterprise OE. However it came preinstalled without Mirror-Disk and OnlineJFS installed.
Is it possible to install those from the EOE DVD, or do they have to do a new OS install from the CD?
TIA and points for all responses.
Sean

Re: Installing mirror disk from Enterprise OE cd
They certainly can install from those cd's. Just have them call HP licensing with the dvd part number on hand.

Wouldn't it be on the Apps CD?

Re: Installing mirror disk from Enterprise OE cd
If I do the install I can pick and choose what I do or do not want installed as well.
I'm sure you install from the E-OE CD/DVD, but I would re-install the whole OS.

Re: Installing mirror disk from Enterprise OE cd
It can be built into a golden image if you want to build your own install image.

Re: Installing mirror disk from Enterprise OE cd
However when we try to install from the App cd it requires a code word. :-S
Now to convice HP Licensing to provide them with the codeword.
