Installing STK on HP-ux v11.00

Hello,

I have to install the Software Tranaction Kit on a N4000 running HP-ux v11.00.

Which release do I have to install and where can I find it ? On which CD ?
At http://devresource.hp.com/STK, I've seen that the last release is 1.7.1. I don't know if I have to install either "STK for HP-UX 10.x" or "STK for HP-UX 11.0 or 11i"

STK for HP-UX 11.0 or 11i

uname -a
should say 11.00 for 11 and 11.11 for 11i.
It makes no difference for this product..

11i 1.5 is for itanium processors.. you've got pa risc otherwise.
11.00 or 11.11 not 11.21 == 11i v1.5

The version of the STK that you need to install depends on which version of the OS you're porting from/to. Since you're looking to install this on an N class running 11.0, then either you're porting code from 10.x to 11.0 or from 11.0 to 11i 1.5 (which is for the Itanium processor). Accordingly you'd need to install the either the STK for 10.x migration or for 11i 1.5 migration. Most likely you're looking for the 10.x migration, i.e.:

The FTP transfer is huge, so do you know on which CD it is available ?

Hi,
On each application CD you can find a file called "CD_TABLE_OF_CONTENTS". You should edit it to find which CD contain STK.
On my version (12/01), STK is on the third application software CD.
