I don't think you need to do anything to the server. Every tried logging in user #3? It probably worked.
I would do nothing unless you are getting specific messages from the OS indicating a licensing problem. HP just wants you to have a valid right to use license, which is supposed to be transferred to you when you purchase the hardware.
