Integrity Virutal Machine Manager Error

I go into SMH and click the link for Integrity Virtual machine Manager and i get the following

Error loading the application.

I have tried everything i can think of and can not seem to figure out what is wrong

Any ideas?

FYI I have already re-installed IVM
