intermec barcode printers

Have anyone of you configured an intermec barcode printers before? I ran into problem today after we sent ~30 jobs to 60 printers and the throughput ranges from a few seconds to a few minutes.
The print server is a L2000 w/2 CPUs and has not reached capacity yet. Network is ok too.

Hi,

We use these thermal printers for printing barcodes in our warehouses. I hope it is the same model/features.

I've attached the interface script that we use for ours. Hope it helps you....

Thanks Michael. We have a intermec 3600.

We can only print up to 19 pages per min and we used that axinstall script to install the printers. The menu said it can print ~150 pages per min and now the app team is blaming on our unix print server. Need to fix this ASAP.

We've been seeing the printer print to only pr1 while the remaining 7 logical printers(pr2-pr8) are shown as occupied.

How do you setup your intermec printers?

We are having imac Printers for printing the Labels. We are using dumb model for those printers.

Actualy we are using jetadmin to configure those printers que.
