Internal error 8203

Hello,
when I try to compile with cc a program and arrives to a very large file the compiler says:
Creating objects/d_wtags.o
cc: Internal error 8203.
*** Error exit code 1

I haven't changed anything, and this file compiled OK some time ago.
The system is a 9000/712/60
and the OS is HPUX B.11.00

Check your kernel param's and make sure you have your maxdsiz, maxssiz, and maxtsiz large enough.

try increasing swap space or the maxdsiz kernel parameter
