IODRV error during the connection from HPUX FTAM to VCDX

Hi,
We are getting IODRV error(f069-h91d...) during the connection from HP-UX FTAM application to VCDX.
We have the following patches installed on the machine:

PHNE_17516
PHNE_17859
PHNE_19502.

These patches were suppoed to have solved this problem.
