Re: iolan+102 Chase Research
I never thought of writing a script for it, mainly because of network response times. I usually just telnet into the iolan+ and su to the superuser and reboot it. Pretty manual but I have less trouble with the IOlan's than I do with the DTC's.

Re: iolan+102 Chase Research
Create a REBOOT account that issues a reboot upon login, then from one system, with perl, using the perl "telnet" modules, login into each system. But this poses a security risk, as does really any solution.
Another way is to create a TRUSTED host that every server recongizes as a trusted host using the .rhosts file in root's home directory. Again, this is a security risk that YOU have to weigh. Then using a script:
for hosttoboot in `cat hostsundermycontrol.file`
do
remsh $hostname shutdown -r -y 0
done
Make sure you put in some error trapping, and reporting.
