ioscan and spmgr
Hello,
I have a hp-ux 11iv1 cluster with 2 nodes n1 and n2. 2 packages are running on n1 and one on n2.
From yesterday I can not see disks from EVA on
n2. After a reboot of node n2 I still do not see disks with ioscan and I can not run cluster package on n2.
I attached an output of ioscan -fnC disk and spmgr display.
Can someone help me with this problem?
Thanks

Re: ioscan and spmgr
Dorobantu,
Can you see these LUNs (that are meant to be seen on node n2) on node n1? It sounds like the LUNs that you want to see on node n2 may not have been "presented" to node n2 from the EVA. Your EVA administrator must "present" the LUNs to node n2 before the server (node n2) can see them in an ioscan.

Re: ioscan and spmgr
HP OV SAM was installed and /dev/dsk/cxtydz was moved to /dev/SAN/cxtydz! After I removed HP OV SAM everything came back to normal!
