ioscan does not display

ioscan does not display

Hi,

When i do an ioscan this only what I see. How do I see the correct path such as /dev/dsk/cxtydz for my EMC disk. Thanks.

I assume to assigned the LUNs online to your server. Because of this there are no device files yet.

You need to run "insf" to get them created, e.g.

insf -e

u have to create device files
then only u can see it
by using insf -e command

then ioscan -funC disk
