IPL error : bad address

When restoring to an HP9000 N4000.
after booting from Alt IPL. ( internal DDS4)
i receive..
"IPL error : bad address
Error reading IPL"

tape was created using Ignite B.5.0.36

Hi,

The most probable cause is that Ignite can't read your tape!
