Is A.11.13 stable on 11.0?

I want to upgrade from A.11.09 but have concerns about the Sept 2001 release. What version do you feel is the most stable?

Hi Darrell,

I think you are asking about MC/ServiceGuard.

I've loaded 11.13 and had it running in test for about 5 weeks wothout problem. I plan to load it on production this weekend.

Both 11.09 and 11.13 are considered Platform Releases, and 11.09 will continue to be patched until at least mid 2002.
11.13 is the latest release and is considered a stable release, and so you coul dhappily install this.
The important thing to bear in mind, is BOTH releases have currently got Critical Patches that should be installed when using these releases.

I run A.11.13 since a month on my HP-UX 11i cluster, but be careful EMC doesn't support that release now (only in Q12002). So for HP-UX 11i on 11.09, for HP-UX 11.00 (A.11.12). But if you really need 11.13 with EMC storage, you can ask an engineer approval (like I does). :-)
