Sure is, the latest version, 11.11 (or 11i) comes in 32bit or 64bit, as does its predecessor, 11.0. Same install CD - it will install 64bit if it can or else 32bit.

Yes. HP-UX 11.0 and 11i (11.11) are available as both 32-bit and 64-bit. Both versions are available on the installation CDs.

You must have a machine that can run the 32-bit version of the OS though. When you start the installation, the installer will pick the version best suited to your machine. If your machine can run either 32 or 64-bit then the installer will allow you to pick the version you want to run.

Yes, 32 or 64-bit HP-UX 11.0 and 11.11 is available; many boxes will run ONLY 32-bit; many will run either; and some will only run 64-bit --- so the availability of the 32-bit is a necessary condition but may not be a sufficient condition.

Its on the same Core OS cd as the 64 bit version.

The real question is is there hardware to run it. The answer is not new hardware. HP-9000 servers are all 64 bit only, though a lot of 32 bit software, like Oracle will still run in 32 bit mode.
