in hp-ov is it possible to insert a row in a table?

Insert a row into a table I would believe you are talking the database. If so, the DBAs can do this for you depending on the RDBMS in use.

If not for the database, can you explain more of what is trying to be accomplished?

I'm sorry for the generalization of the problem. I'll rephrase my question: is it possible to insert a row into a table using SNMP set. Because set just takes in one value. For inserting a row, we would have to specify all the values of the column.

how is it achieved in hp-ov?
